Finale from Cello Concerto No.1 (Neuheit Euphonium) Originally composed somewhere between 1761 and 1765 for Haydns long-time friend and cellist Joseph Weigl, Cello Concerto No. 1 in C was presumed lost until 1961 when a copy of the manuscript was discovered in the Prague National Museum. This arrangement has been written with virtuosity in mind by tenor horn soloist and clinician Owen Farr.
