Are you ready? (Neuheit Posaune) This piece was written in 2008 for the trombonist M. A. C. N., as a concert encore. Are you ready? is a short piece of cheerful character in which the performer must display a degree of agility in the articulations of staccato and legato. In addition, some typical effects such as the glissando or the contraposition give the work a jovial and uninhibited character. Are you ready? is suitable for use in the context of musical teaching at a medium level, as a complement to the study of the trombone repertoire, or in the creative field as a concert encore.
