Quintett Nr. 4 (Trp in Es) op.8 Romantic. Trumpet 1 in Eb. Unlike Ewalds other three brass quintets, this one was composed in circa 1888 and actually precedes the other three by about two years. It had been reworked and produced as a string quartet (as opus 1). See Wikipedia article for more information.
