Gioia (343.11.Perc.) Gioia, for brass and percussion ensemble. Commissioned by the fantastic horn musician and friend Quico Rico who gave this small piece to his sisters as a gift. The musical discourse was built from a small motif that appears throughout the piece in order to create great lyrical lines and to exploit the sonority and elegance of the brass ensemble
