Tromba solo Tromba Solo was commissioned by the famous Norvegian trumpeter Harry Kvebaek, whose assistance was of considerable help in the process of writing this piece. Tromba Solo has been revised many times, but has finally be published in its initial original version. The work was recorded in 1989 by Norvegian trumpet player Ole Edvard Antonsen, First Prize winner of the Geneva International Trumpet Competition in 1987, and has entered the repertoire of the trumpet players worldwide.
