Balfour Declaration (16Trp.Perc.) (Neuheit Trompete) The BALFOUR DECLARATION was commissioned by the San Luis Obispo County Trumpet Alliance (SLOCTA) to honor Richard Balfour, and was premiered by that ensemble at a special tribute concert on October 21, 2023. Originally composed for SLOCTAs instrumentation of two E-flat trumpets, six B-flat trumpets, four mellophones, four bass trumpets and percussion, Triplos publication employs two E-fat trumpets, six B-flat trumpets, four flugelhorns, four bass trumpets and percussion.
