Immolation Scene from Act III of "Götterdämmerung" (8Pos) The final opera of Wagners immense work of genius, his "Ring Cycle" is Götterdämmerung. The Immolation Scene occurs in the final part of Act 3, where Brünnhilde lights a pyre and the ensuing flames bring down the Hall of the Gods, consuming all within it as the curtain falls. Randy Malmstrom is never shy about attempting big arrangements and he has once again done a superb job. For 8-part Trombone Ensemble (octet) of advanced performers and about 3 minutes in length.
